1) In continuation to this office Notice Nos SSB/Secy/Driver/2021/6375-87 Dated 27-
09-2021 and SSB/Secy/ Driver /2021/7728-41 dated 18-11-202, it is notified for
the information of candidates that the DRIVING-TEST of left out candidates
shown in Annexure “A” and “B” to this notification who have applied for the
posts of Driver/Tractor Driver, in different Cadres/Departments in
pursuance to the Advertisement Notification Nos 04, 05, 06, 07 of 2020,
01, 02 and 03 of 2021, shall be conducted w.e.f 01-01-2022 onwards as
per dates shown against each at Annexure “A” (Jammu Venue based
candidates) at State Motor Garages, New Plot, Jammu and for Annexure
“B” (Kashmir Venue based candidates) at State Motor Garages, Bemina,
Srinagar of this notification.
2) This notification alongwith detailed list of candidates called for driving test (i.e.
annexure “A” and “B”) is ALSO AVAILABLE on the official website of the Board,
i.e. www.jkssb.nic.in
3) The additional qualifications / reserved category certificate acquired by the
candidate after the last date of receipt of application forms shall not be entertained;
4) Mere figuring of name in the list does not entitle the candidate to appear in the
driving test as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates
shortlisted.
5) No further driving test call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose names
figure in the said list and they are required to appear before the driving test
committee on the schedule date & time. A candidate, who fails to appear in the
driving test on the given date, shall not be put to driving test later and such
candidate shall forfeit his right of consideration later.
6) In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility, etc is proved at the time of
driving test, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the driving test, or if
any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for
selection and will be treated as disqualified.
7) The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials as asked
for vide above referred advertisement notification before the committee at the time
of driving test. The candidates who fail to produce such certificates / testimonials
may forfeit their candidature.
8) Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall render him / her liable for criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all
recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail
disqualification of the candidate.
9) The Driving Test is of qualifying nature and the candidate(s) who qualify
the Driving Test shall be considered for the Written Test.10)No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the Driving Test.
