Jammu & Kashmir Police (JKP) advertisement notice issued under endorsement No. Pers-Rectt-A-22-2019/16251-300 dated 09-03-2019 for the post of SUB INSPECTOR (SI) in pursuance to Government of Jammu and Kashmir Home Department letter No. Home-PNG/201/2021-01-(CC-45001) dated 17-12-2021, wherein the competent authority has approved for issuance of fresh advertisement notification excluding UT of Ladakh to give the opportunity to eligible candidates who are domicile of Jammu and Kashmir to apply and participate in the selection process and be considered as per existing rules.
Reservation: Reservation for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes(ST), Economically Weaker Section(EWS), Pahari Speaking People(PSP), Social Caste(OSC), Residents Backward Area(RBA), Line of Actual Control(ALC)/International Border(IB) for the above posts, wherever applicable and permissible, would be as determined, by the provisions of SRO 294 dated 21-10-2005 and S.O 127 dated 20-04-2020. A candidate seeking her consideration under Reserved Categories must ensure she possesses a valid Category Certificate as of the Cut-off Date of filling out the application form.
